1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing our website or submitting a quote request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all users, visitors, and customers of Arpra3D.
2. Services
Arpra3D provides custom 3D printing services. We print objects based on customer-supplied digital files (STL, OBJ, 3MF formats) using Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) and other relevant technologies, with a precision of 0.2mm.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders for objects that are illegal, dangerous, infringe intellectual property, or are not printable with our equipment.
3. Orders & quotes
Quote requests
Submitting a quote request via our website and WhatsApp does not constitute a binding order. A binding order is only created when Arpra3D sends a written confirmation (via WhatsApp message) accepting your order and confirming the price.
Pricing
All prices quoted are based on the configuration provided at the time of the quote. Changes to specifications after a quote may alter the price. Prices are valid for 7 days from the date of the quote.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before printing begins. Once printing has started, the full order value is due. We will notify you when your print job begins.
4. File rights & intellectual property
By submitting a file or link to a 3D model, you confirm that:
- You own the model or have obtained appropriate licence/permission to have it printed commercially.
- The model does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, copyright, trade mark, or patent.
- You are not submitting models for counterfeit goods, weapons, or illegal items.
Arpra3D accepts no liability for IP infringement arising from customer-supplied files. The customer indemnifies Arpra3D against any claims arising from such infringement.
We do not retain copies of your 3D model files beyond the duration necessary to complete your order.
5. Payments
Payment terms will be agreed upon per order via WhatsApp. Standard payment is required in full before printing begins. We accept payment methods as communicated at the time of your quote.
All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise stated.
6. Delivery & returns
Delivery
Estimated turnaround times are indicative and not guaranteed. We will provide estimated completion dates at the time of order confirmation. Arpra3D is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
Quality
We take reasonable care to ensure prints meet the specifications agreed at order time. Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, minor variations in colour, finish, and dimension (within our stated ±0.2mm accuracy) are normal and do not constitute defects.
Defective prints
If a print is defective due to our error, we will reprint it at no additional charge. Please report any defects within 7 days of receiving your order with photographs.
Returns
As all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns except in cases of defective prints caused by our error.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arpra3D's total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or business opportunities.
8. Prohibited uses
You may not use our services to print:
- Weapons, weapon components, or items intended to cause harm
- Counterfeit goods or items that infringe third-party IP
- Illegal items or items prohibited by applicable law
- Items that are deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading
- Items designed to facilitate illegal activity
We reserve the right to cancel any order that we determine falls within these categories, with a full refund of any payment made.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
