Arpra3D is a professional 3D printing service. When this policy says "Arpra3D", "we", "us" or "our", it refers to Arpra3D and its operators. This website is located at your hosted domain (e.g., arpra3d.github.io).

2. Data we collect
Information you provide
When you use our Order page, you provide print configuration details including:
- A link to your 3D model file (if you choose to paste a URL)
- Print settings: material, color, nozzle size, infill, wall loops, support settings
- Any additional notes you add
- Your quantity requirements
This information is stored only in a cookie on your own device and is sent to us only when you choose to click the "Get Quote via WhatsApp" button.
Automatically collected information
We do not run our own analytics servers. If hosted on GitHub Pages, GitHub may collect standard web server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) in accordance with GitHub's Privacy Statement.
3. Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie named arpra3d_settings for the sole purpose of remembering your 3D print configuration between visits.
We also use arpra_cookie_consent in localStorage to remember your cookie preference.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, analytics cookies, or any third-party cookie services.
You can decline cookies using the banner shown on your first visit. You can clear cookies at any time via your browser settings.
4. How we use your information
We use the information you provide exclusively to:
- Pre-fill the WhatsApp message when you request a quote
- Remember your settings between visits (cookie)
- Respond to your quote request and provide 3D printing services
We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than fulfilling your print order.
5. WhatsApp & third parties
When you click "Get Quote via WhatsApp", your browser opens a wa.me link that redirects to WhatsApp (owned by Meta Platforms, Inc.) with a pre-filled message containing your print configuration. By proceeding, you share that information with WhatsApp/Meta in accordance with WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
We have no control over how WhatsApp processes data transmitted through its platform. The quote request message is sent by you directly.
Google Fonts are loaded from Google's CDN to render our typography. Google may log this request per Google's Privacy Policy. No personal data is passed to Google.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights including:
- The right to access, correct, or delete your personal data
- The right to withdraw consent at any time
- The right to data portability
- The right to object to processing
Since all configuration data is stored locally in your browser cookie, you can exercise your right to deletion simply by clearing your cookies. Any data shared via WhatsApp can be requested for deletion by messaging us directly.
7. Data retention
The arpra3d_settings cookie expires automatically after 30 days. Data shared via WhatsApp quote messages is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil your order enquiry and is not stored in any separate database by us.
